GetMyCourse is seeking a proactive Headhunter & HR Specialist to build a talent pipeline for niche sales roles while handling HR, engagement, and employee experience initiatives. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment/headhunting experience, preferably in sales, commercial, SaaS, technology, B2B, or professional services recruitment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pools for niche roles.
• Proven ability to recruit difficult-to-fill or niche positions; strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management; able to partner with leadership and hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for specialist, niche, and senior sales positions.
• Identify and attract A-player Sales Representatives, Account Executives, BDMs, Enterprise Sales professionals, and other commercial talent.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and Boolean search; build talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers, and onboarding handovers; manage candidate communications.
• Develop sourcing strategies and present recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS; continuously improve sourcing processes.
