Metrobank invites applications for the role of Head, Credit Investigation & Appraisal – Calamba Crossing. This senior position leads the Centralized Credit Unit, ensuring compliance with bank policies and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a real estate appraisal background, 10+ years in credit investigation, and proven leadership. Fieldwork readiness and strong analytical skills are required to drive quality, risk control, and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or any Business-related course.
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
• At least 10 years of experience in Credit Investigation and Appraisal.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Extensive experience of credit investigation and appraisal in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of operations within prescribed turnaround times.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the Centralized Credit Unit (CCU) and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Assist the Department Head in reviews and approvals of all requested tasks for accounts within respective areas.
• Manage monitoring, pooling, scheduling and assignment to CI/Appraisers of tasks.
• Review, validate, and approve CRIAD reports.
• Ensure reports meet quality and turnaround targets.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork as needed.

Position Title: Head, Credit Investigation & Appraisal – Calamba Crossing

Job Summary:

• Supervises and control of the Centralized Credit Unit (CCU). Ensures that the unit complies with all the requirement and policies of the bank. Reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT

Role Exposure:

• Supervises the Centralized Credit Unit
• Assist the Department Head in the reviews and approves all requested tasks for accounts within each respective areas of responsibility and authority limits
• Manages the monitoring, pooling, scheduling and assignment to CI/Appraisers of the various requested tasks
• Reviews, validates, and approves various CRIAD reports
• Ensure an acceptable quality of work and reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or any Business- related course
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
• With at least 10 years of experience in Credit Investigation and Appraisal
• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
