Job summary

Quality Choices Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and create and improve menu offerings while maintaining top-quality food and presentation.

You will monitor inventory, food costs, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Location: Cubao, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary techniques.
• Experience in menu planning and recipe development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
