Job summary

SM Development Corporation in Pasay is seeking an Accounts Clerk to deliver and monitor PAG-IBIG Fund accounts, receive notices, and manage related documents. The role involves coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, and SHDC departments, and ensuring timely refunds and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and monitors accounts filed at PAG-IBIG Fund Shaw and San Fernando, Pampanga.
• Receives and follow up Notice of Approval, Notice of Disapproval and Summary Results of Inspection.
• Transmits and picks up pre-signed documents, TCT under buyer’s name, CWT, Transfer Tax, CAR and any other documents relevant to REM conversion.
• Receives original title from Treasury Releasing Section for delivery to HDMF.
• Picks up ORs of loan released accounts/retention fees and transmits it to HDMF.
• Receives check/s from HDMF regarding refund of retention fees.
• Informs via email, Treasury, Accounting, SHDC PD and Collection on loan release accounts.
• Tags loan release accounts in SAP and SHDC Loans Monitoring.
• Remits checks representing excess payments of loan released buyers to HDMF.
• Processing of reimbursement for transportation to PAG-IBIG Fund.
• Delivers undertaking compliances and ensures timely refund.
• Handles and coordinates any other concerns regarding PAG-IBIG Fund accounts.
• Perform other tasks and duties that may be required by Team Head/Department Head.
