PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Makati is seeking a detail‑oriented loan processing staff to support HDMF takeout operations.

You will ensure timely processing of accounts, review requirements, collect post compliances, and deliver files for loan takeout. Responsibilities include updating monitoring files, coordinating with internal partners, and delivering quality service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance.
• With at least 1 year of working experience in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge in bank financing process.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Process loan takeout of accounts (HDMF) in a timely manner.
• Review completeness of requirements of accounts with loan approval, collect post compliances from buyers, and deliver the accounts for loan takeout processing.
• Update monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account with internal partners.
• Provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
