Qualifications

• Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant

As a Contracting Specialist Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 1 to 3 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required


• At least 2 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting


• Proficiency in one of the following languages is preferred: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean.
