Secret 6 is seeking a skilled Hard Surface Artist to design high-fidelity weapon and vehicle assets for AAA games. You will optimize for real-time rendering, craft clean topology, UVs, textures, and collaborate closely with concept artists and leads to meet project needs.

We value strong realism, baking and texturing expertise, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. The role offers a hybrid arrangement for NCR residents and remote for others in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AAA game development focusing on hard surface modeling.
• Strong art/design background with the ability to follow direction and deliver under deadlines.
• Proficient in high-to-low poly workflows, baking, texturing, and asset optimization for real-time.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high fidelity hard surface 3D weapon & vehicles for real-time rendering.
• Develop clean topology, UV layouts, and texture maps to meet standards.
• Collaborate with concept artists, leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement feedback to improve assets.
