Job summary

IDA Group Corp is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily team operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard while guiding and coaching team members. The role blends hands-on leadership with people-management, serving as the main liaison between the team and management.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, address issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and relevant team tools/systems.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior/SME role.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign, prioritise, and monitor daily tasks across the team.
• Track individual and team performance against KPIs/targets.
• Conduct regular check-ins, coaching, and feedback sessions.
• Identify training needs and support skill development.
• Address performance issues early and constructively.
• Review team output to ensure it meets quality standards before delivery.
• Ensure the team meets agreed deadlines and turnaround times.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
• Prepare regular reports on team output, performance, and issues.
