Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct daily cycle counts and manage stock accuracy.
• Experience supervising a retail floor and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hit the assigned monthly sales target and monitor daily sales vs. target.
• Open and close the store; enforce hours and customer service standards.
• Oversee cashiering, cash count, and daily sales reporting.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims per policy.
• Maintain planogram, price tag accuracy, and on-sell promotions.
• Monitor stock turnover and recommend reorders and markdowns.
