Job summary

Sarimonde Foods Corporation is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator-Technician to operate and monitor production machines for bread and baked goods. You will understand the process, perform basic troubleshooting, and support preventive maintenance while upholding quality and food safety standards.

You will follow GMP, coordinate with maintenance teams, record production data, and assist with changeovers and line preparation, aiming to meet safety and production targets in a fast-paced plant

Qualifications

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course, preferably related to Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Electronics, or any related field.
• With experience in machine operation, production, or equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates of technical courses may also be considered, depending on capability and training background.
• Knowledge in basic machine troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a food manufacturing plant.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• With good attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machines based on standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, product flow, and production output.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustment when needed.
• Conduct routine cleaning, inspection, and basic lubrication of assigned equipment.
• Check and report machine abnormalities, defects, or unsafe conditions.
• Assist in preventing machine breakdowns through proper equipment care.
• Ensure that products meet quality, food safety, and production standards.
• Follow GMP, food safety, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping requirements.
• Coordinate with Line Lead, Maintenance, QA, and other support teams during machine issues or product concerns.
• Record required production, machine, and quality-related data accurately.
• Support changeover, start-up, shutdown, and line preparation activities.
• Help achieve production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
