Job summary

Trinetix seeks a hands-on R&D Architect with a strong Full Stack background to design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions. You will turn ideas into functional prototypes while integrating AI APIs, REST services, and cloud platforms.

Lead backend and frontend work across Python, C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and data modeling with PostgreSQL. Collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable, production-ready prototypes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Solid experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party service integrations.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and basic data modeling.
• Experience with React/TypeScript or similar technologies, with the ability to build functional internal UIs.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and basic CI/CD practices.
• Strong prototyping skills and ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions.
• Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work across the technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on R&D Architect, combining architectural thinking with strong software development skills.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions and internal tools.
• Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI services.
• Design and implement AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and supporting services.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Python and C#/.NET.
• Build functional internal UIs using React/TypeScript or similar technologies.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and third-party services.
• Work with SQL/PostgreSQL and contribute to data modeling and solution design.
• Leverage AWS/Azure and CI/CD practices to support prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Rapidly validate technical concepts, identify viable approaches, and turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
