Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
