Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist in training new staff members in service techniques and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
