Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is opening a new Pancake House at Terminal 1 Pasay City, with an October 2026 launch. We are actively recruiting frontline crew to welcome guests and deliver memorable service.

In this role you will greet customers, take orders, assist in serving beverages and meals, handle cash transactions, maintain dining room cleanliness, and follow health and safety guidelines while working as part of a collaborative team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Constantly focuses on customer satisfaction.
• Greets and thanks every customer with enthusiasm.
• Promptly attends to customer needs and requests.
• Assists the staff in serving and refilling beverages and water, processing payment, or running/serving food to the tables.
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies
• Arranges tables, chairs, plates and table settings as prescribed.
• Maintains cleanliness off the dining areas and performs a variety of cleaning tasks.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Informs management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible.
• Maintains a sincere, courteous demeanor with both staff and customers at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
