Qualifications

Experience as restaurant service crew or waiter/waitress is preferred.
Experience in a Chinese restaurant is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, neat, and presentable appearance.
Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
Able to work in a busy environment and stand for long hours.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers politely.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Set up, clean, and organize tables and dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff regarding orders.
Assist guests with inquiries and basic concerns.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Follow instructions from the branch manager and supervisors.
