Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverages, 5 star international hotels/resorts, and/or freestanding restaurants.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferably a Diploma holder in Hospitality Business Management or related course.
• Effective time management, task management and communication; strong English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Always greets guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Establishes immediate eye contact and smiles with guest.
• Always thank and farewells guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gathers feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains the conversation and avoids sensitive topics.
• Ensures brand standards are consistently implemented.
• Responds to Consumer Audit results and implements changes.
• Conducts monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies.
• Exhibits knowledge of menu and beverage preparation techniques.
• Keeps outlet clean and organized front and heart of house.
• Prepares and assembles orders in sequence with quality checks.
• Applies service techniques with enthusiasm.
• Reviews order dockets for accurate and timely preparation.
• Recognizes billing process steps.
• Anticipates guest needs and responds promptly.
• Communicates daily tasks clearly.
• Maintains backup supplies stock for daily operations.
• Adheres to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Maintains high standards of presentation and grooming.
• Responds to changes in F&B as required by industry and hotel.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as required.
• Carries out other duties as assigned by superiors.
