Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during check-in and check-out.

• Register guests and ensure accurate information and identification.
• Respond to guest requests for local information and directions.
• Sell rooms to walk-in customers and manage reservations in the system.
• Balance shift cash and post charges accurately.
