Job summary

Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a dedicated HK Order Taker/Coordinator in Makati City to link guests, housekeeping, and management. The role is full-time within the Housekeeping department, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

You will log requests, assign tasks, maintain records, and liaise with multiple departments to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards. English proficiency is essential; Filipino is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping coordination or similar customer-service role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to multitask.
• Strong written and spoken English; Filipino is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log housekeeping requests and special cleaning orders.
• Prioritise and assign tasks based on urgency and staff availability.
• Maintain records using the property management system.
• Communicate instructions clearly to housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with front desk, maintenance and management for timely service.
