• Able to handle confidential information and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and determine the correct contact or service.
• Answer and route calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Manage visitor logs, appointments, mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain reception cleanliness and security procedures.
• Provide routine administrative support.
