Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, entertainment and activities based on guest preferences and interests
• Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and problem‑solving expertise

• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences
