Job summary

IWAREHOUSE CORPORATION is seeking a friendly cashier for our store in the Philippines. You will greet customers, process purchases using the POS system, and handle cash and card payments with accuracy.

You will verify prices and discounts, maintain transaction records, balance the cash drawer, and assist shoppers with product questions and store policies. The role requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as cashier in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and provide receipts accurately.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the cash register/POS system.
• Receive and process payments and provide correct change and receipts.
• Verify prices, discounts, and payment details before completing transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and store policies.
• Coordinate with sales staff regarding purchases and transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cashier area.
• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisor.
