Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage seating and guest flow.
• Take food and beverage orders; serve promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized dining area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Upsell menu items, promos, and add-ons.
• Promote loyalty programs and gift certificates.
• Process payments via POS; issue receipts; cash counts.
• Manage reservations and waitlists; front desk upkeep.
• Prepare and serve beverages; manage bar stock; hygiene.
• Assist in opening, mid-shift, closing; follow safety standards.
• Participate in training; stay updated on menu changes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
