Private Advertiser in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Server / Service Representative to deliver excellent dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and ensuring order accuracy. You will coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams to maintain smooth service and contribute to sales through suggestive selling.

The role requires at least 1 year in casual or full-service dining, strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of POS systems, and a flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• At least Vocational or College Level in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in casual or full-service dining.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food service flow and POS systems.
• Able to multitask and stay calm during peak hours.
• Positive, dependable, and punctual team player.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders (including special requests and allergies).
• Serve food and drinks following restaurant's service standards (Order Complete, 2-Bite Check).
• Check on tables and keep refills coming.
• Suggest add-ons, sets, and desserts to help meet sales targets.
• Work with Kitchen and Dispatch for smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns and elevate to the Manager when needed.
• Keep tables, stations, and your uniform clean and ready.
