Job summary

We Hope Medical Group seeks an experienced Clinic Manager for our Guagua Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role, based in Guagua, leads all operational, administrative, and clinical activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient business performance.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, monitor finances, ensure compliance, and drive governance, safety, and service improvements across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business/healthcare management or equivalent.
• Residence in Guagua, Pampanga or willingness to relocate.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic or facility.
• Proven track record in managing clinic operations, staff, and finances.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with clinic software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Manage clinic staff: recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor budgeting, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across the facility.
• Implement clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Develop marketing and community engagement to grow patient base.
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports for senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
