We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for our CONGRESSIONAL Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role in CONGRESSIONAL oversees operations, administration, and clinical governance at the Guagua facility, driving high-quality patient care and efficient clinic performance.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and service delivery across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic.
• Proven track record in managing clinic operations, staff, and finances.
• Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office.
• Must reside in CONGRESSIONAL or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care.
• Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, scheduling, and development.
• Monitor budgeting, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
• Develop marketing and community engagement strategies to grow patients.
• Prepare reports on performance, patient metrics, and finances for leadership.
