Job summary

Endorsed AI is seeking a proactive GTM/outbound specialist to design and optimize multi-step outreach flows. You’ll work with Clay to build enrichment workflows, manage lists from databases, and push clean data into CRMs while running weekly experiments to improve reply rates and booked meetings.

You’ll read API docs, integrate with connectors like Zapier/Make/n8n, and focus on systemwide deliverability, list hygiene, offer timing, and messaging strategy beyond simply sending emails.

• Hands-on with cold email platforms and deliverability concepts.
• Ability to read API docs and implement integrations independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize outbound workflows in Clay.
• Source and clean lists from Apollo/Prospeo and similar databases.
• Connect systems with Zapier, Make, or n8n and direct API calls when needed.
• Push data into client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintain hygiene.

We build and run the outbound engines for B2B tech companies. 100+ clients, 30,000+ meetings booked, and $39M+ in pipeline generated, including 80+ VC/PE-backed AI scale-ups across the US, UK, Europe, UAE, and APAC.

What you\'ll actually do

• Build enrichment and scoring workflows in Clay: multi-step tables, conditional logic, waterfalls, HTTP/API columns
• Source and clean lists from Apollo, Prospeo, and similar databases. Verification, dedupe, suppression, hygiene.
• Wire systems together with Zapier, Make, or n8n, and hit the API directly when no connector exists
• Push clean data into client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and keep it clean
• Run experiments every week across offers, sequences, and personas, then report what actually moved reply rate and meetings booked

What we\'re looking for

• 2 to 3 years building GTM or outbound systems, whether at an agency, a startup, or freelance. We care about what you shipped, not the logo on it.
• Real Clay proficiency. Be ready to walk us through a workflow you built and why you built it that way.
• Hands‑on with a cold email platform (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar). You know what a 5% bounce rate means and what you\'d do about it.
• Comfortable reading API docs and figuring out an integration without hand-holding
• You think about outbound as a system, meaning deliverability, list hygiene, offer, and timing, rather than just "send more emails"
