Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or airline sectors, plus strong MS Office and communication skills. Flexible hours and shifts may be required.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of data entry for assigned tasks(shipment creation and updates, pre-alerts etc)
• Adherence to approved and latest WI and Country templates
• Ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
• Communicate and correspond to all counterparts in timely and professional manner

Your Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor\'s Graduate/College Level
• With 6 months - 1 year relevant experience (preferably in logistics/airline)
• Basic computer and MS Office applications
• Effective communication skills
• Organization and time management abilities
• Flexible working hours and shift work
