Job summary

Sprout Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned business analytics professional to analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth, and build dashboards and reports to support management decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and drive strategic impact.

This role supports annual planning, forecasting, and strategic reviews, conducts research for new initiatives, and works directly with leadership on high-priority projects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, consulting, planning, or operations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills; BI tools are a plus.
• Strong business sense and ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Background in technology, SaaS, BPO, fintech, consulting, or other data-driven companies preferred.

Responsibilities
