Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned Banking Professional to maximize the commercial effectiveness of Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking sectors in Manila.

Responsibilities include conducting post-deal reviews, collaborating with external bank partners to bundle RCBC products, and designing sales sprints to lift CASA ADB and overall revenue, while leveraging strong knowledge of transaction banking and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or economics.
• 5–7 years in transaction banking or relationship management.
• Proficiency in standard office software.

How will you contribute?

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and "sticky" client ecosystem
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales "Sprints" designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics
• working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations
• At least five to seven years of industry experience in the areas of transaction banking and accounts or relationship management
• Proficiency in customary office software
