Job summary

Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP is seeking a Digital Product & App Development leader to own a new digital platform focused on community, content, engagement, loyalty, and experiences. The role spans product management, app development, community building, growth marketing, and paid acquisition, collaborating with leadership, technology, marketing, content, and partners to build a sustainable user ecosystem.

You will drive the platform from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital product management, app development, community building, growth marketing, or related fields.
• Experience building or managing mobile apps, web platforms, digital communities, or online ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta/Google).
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of a mobile and/or web platform.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, technology vendors, and external partners.
• Oversee testing, launch prep, user feedback, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute strategies to build an active digital community.
• Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize metrics.
• Translate community insights into product/content/marketing improvements.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to leadership.
