Job summary

Liquidity First Lending is seeking a Growth and Optimization Associate to work directly with management, supporting day-to-day operations and helping solve challenges across departments. This role offers broad exposure to how a lending company operates—from operations and customer experience to marketing, partnerships, technology, and process improvement.

You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, identify bottlenecks, and assist in improving internal processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in operations, administration, project coordination, banking, fintech, lending, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
• Coordinate special projects and company initiatives assigned by management.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Assist in improving internal processes and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Support marketing campaigns, partnerships activities, and administrative initiatives when needed.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and other growth-related projects.
• Perform other duties to support organizational success.
