Inteluck Corporation is seeking an entry-level Sales Support/Marketing Associate to help drive revenue growth through lead generation, proposal support, and customer assistance. You will work with cross-functional teams to position solutions, run outreach campaigns, and ensure smooth post-sale support in a dynamic BU environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, marketing, or business development in technology or supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on contributing to revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting and providing after-sales assistance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving assigned sales and revenue targets by supporting pipeline development and lead conversion.
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities, including telemarketing, email campaigns, and targeted customer engagement.
• Prepare proposals/quotations, and other sales-support materials in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Assist with solution positioning and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
• Provide basic troubleshooting, technical guidance, and after-sales support to ensure smooth product/service adoption and high customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the manager and other teams to align initiatives with BU goals and optimize processes.
