Job summary

Michael Trio is seeking a driven Marketing Executive to own marketing activities and drive business growth. The role combines marketing execution with data analysis, reporting to management and close collaboration with Social Media and Performance Marketing teams.

You will plan campaigns, monitor performance, analyze sales data and turn insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI and ROAS. This hands-on role requires ownership and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or consumer sectors.
• Strong interest in both marketing and data analysis and ability to work with numbers.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and analysing numbers.
• Understanding of ROI, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate and customer acquisition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and annual marketing calendar and campaign planning.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and GWP initiatives.
• Coordinate across Social Media, Performance Marketing and internal teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
