Minimum 8 years marketing experience with leadership.
Experience owning a marketing budget with ROI.
Breadth across brand, demand generation, and digital/performance marketing.
Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in education, services, or family-oriented sectors advantageous.

Responsabilités

Set and own the marketing strategy for the Growth Business, aligned to the growth roadmap and revenue targets across all business lines.
Translate business goals into integrated marketing plans spanning brand, performance and demand generation, campaigns, and creative.
Own the GB marketing budget across the portfolio, allocating for impact and holding the function to clear ROI.
Serve as the marketing lead within the Growth Business leadership team, bringing marketing insight into business and growth decisions.
