Qualifications

Proven digital marketing experience with social media and performance marketing.
Experience creating data-driven campaigns and content calendars.
Ability to shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content.
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with launches.
Create lifestyle and product content maintaining brand voice across platforms.
Monitor analytics and optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
Conceptualize, shoot, and produce short-form videos for TikTok and Reels.
Create static graphics and digital assets using design tools.
Edit videos and retouch photos using CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Track KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC; run A/B tests.
