Responsibilities include shooting, editing with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, developing concepts from brief to final output, and tracking engagement metrics. Travel to branches and events may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong skills in video shooting, editing, photography and graphic design.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools.
Creative and updated with current social media trends.
Good communication and storytelling skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
Able to create content independently from concept to final output.
Willing to travel to DMC branches, showrooms, warehouses and events for content production.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.
Develop creative content concepts based on marketing objectives and current trends.
Produce short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, product videos, promotional videos and company feature videos.
Create engaging content that highlights product features, benefits, applications, and selling points.
Ensure all content follows the correct brand identity, messaging and visual standards.
Assist in preparing and organizing the social media content calendar.
Shoot videos using mobile phones, cameras, or other available equipment.
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar applications.
Assist in developing content for product launches, promotions, events, sales campaigns and company activities.
Monitor the performance of published content and track views, reach, engagement, shares, comments, leads and other relevant metrics.
