Job summary

MicroSourcing, Ortigas/ Pasig City, is hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support digital marketing, creative communications, and lead management. The role involves managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta, creating engaging marketing materials, and maintaining CRM to ensure enquiries are tracked through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience creating and publishing content, managing social media interactions, and maintaining brand messaging.
• Ability to create digital and print marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• CRM experience with HubSpot is advantageous; Salesforce or similar tools also considered.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising: Manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads focusing on lead generation and ROI.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, publish, and monitor posts with consistent branding.
• Graphic Design and Content Creation: Produce digital/print materials, newsletters, and revisions; Canva skills helpful.
• Marketing Communications: Align content with Carexcell's brand and services across offerings.
• Traditional Advertising Support: Assist with print media and outdoor advertising when needed.
• Marketing Performance and Analytics: Track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
