Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Lead, Growth & Market Analytics to explain how the business performs across markets. You will own analyses of demand, capacity, conversion, utilization, and geography, helping leadership understand drivers and decide on actions.

You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Leadership to forecast outcomes and optimize growth, with a focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, Market Intelligence, or a related field.
• Healthcare, healthcare services, marketplace, multi-location, or other supply-and-demand-driven business experience.
• Proven success using data to influence business decisions and operational outcomes.
• Strong experience analyzing complex business systems with multiple performance drivers.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly readout of market performance across all states and regions.
• Analyze how demand, provider capacity, utilization, conversion, call-center performance, and marketing interact to drive business outcomes.
• Identify the root causes behind market shifts and quantify their impact.
• Build proactive monitoring that surfaces risks and opportunities before they become obvious.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Translate complex findings into straightforward recommendations.
