Job summary

SmartConsulting.net is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their Acquisition team in Parañaque, Metro Manila. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid media and digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive player acquisition and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing digital advertising budgets and reporting on ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Drive player acquisition through paid channels and manage the full funnel.
