Job summary

MyPowerhouse is seeking a Head of Growth to lead Marketing and Business Development, shaping the acquisition plan and driving demand in a largely unaware market. You will direct brand, demand generation, outbound origination, and multi‑party engagements in a fast-paced, early-stage environment bound by governance of a large conglomerate group.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial experience spanning marketing and sales, including leading more than one function with revenue targets.
• Proven record of building an acquisition function at an early stage, including recruitment and development of the team.
• Experience selling a recurring, contract-based service to SMEs, commercial property, or residential communities.
• Fluency in performance marketing and measuring commercial activity against CAC, conversion, and pipeline.
• Ability to educate the market where category awareness is limited and represent the company to senior counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition plan and deliver contracted volume, pipeline, and CAC targets.
• Direct brand, demand generation, and content across paid, owned, and community channels.
• Direct the origination function: prospecting and qualification for handover to Business Development.
• Direct the closing function: set proposal standards and lead senior engagements.
• Define the operating model to connect Marketing, Outbound, and Business Development.
• Identify and manage referral and endorsement relationships to extend reach.
• Build and lead the Marketing, Outbound, and Business Development teams.
