Qualifications

• 8+ years in FMCG sales or channel management.
• Experience managing pharmacy, drug store, convenience, or proximity retail accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities translating insights into actions and initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives across proximity and drug store accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Lead joint business planning initiatives with customers to identify growth opportunities and maximise commercial performance.
• Drive distribution expansion and optimise product assortment across assigned channels.
• Analyse sales performance, shopper trends, and market insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute impactful promotional and activation programmes.
• Manage forecasting and demand planning processes to improve service levels and inventory efficiency.
• Monitor channel performance and recommend actions to improve revenue, visibility, and execution standards.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to strengthen coverage, execution quality, and business growth.
• Ensure effective management of trade investments and evaluate promotional ROI to maximise profitability.
