Esse Vida Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online platforms, analyze performance metrics, and drive traffic through digital marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment. The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms, strong data analytics, and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in e-commerce management, online retail or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Shopify, TikTok, Lazada or Shopee.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Managing and updating product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimisation for search visibility
• Monitoring and analysing e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Implementing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our online store, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising
• Collaborating with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent overselling across all online channels
• Processing and tracking customer orders, managing returns and refunds, and resolving customer inquiries related to online purchases
• Optimising website user experience by testing layouts, navigation, and checkout processes to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversions
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfilment
• Creating and maintaining promotional content, including product descriptions, images, and marketing materials that highlight key product features and benefits
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the retail sector
• Generating regular reports on e-commerce performance and providing recommendations for strategic improvements
