The Laguna Creamery Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing and Multimedia Lead to drive our online presence and multimedia initiatives. You will oversee content creation, campaign management, analytics, and digital partnerships to ensure cohesive digital execution across all online channels.

You will lead a small team, manage budget allocations, and collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce to support product launches and growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Ecommerce or Digital marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and early-career candidates with growth mindset are welcome.
• 3+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally FMCG or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy across key platforms (social media, search, display, and e-commerce).
• Plan and manage digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Oversee content planning and publishing across owned channels including social media, website, and email.
• Manage performance marketing initiatives including paid social, search, and retargeting campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to generate insights and optimize results.
• Collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to support product launches and commercial priorities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and digital media vendors.
• Monitor digital trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital touchpoints.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
