Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is looking for a sales professional to grow welding gas solutions business in the Metro Manila area. You will drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and present technical data to demonstrate value to customers.

Ideal candidates have a background in welding processes and industrial gases, with strong skills in solution selling, negotiations, and relationship building to achieve annual targets and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in welding processes & industrial gases.
• Annual revenue target of PHP 25M - 30M from contracts and actual sales.
• Technical selling and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities within welding and industrial gases; build and maintain a pipeline; identify key decision-makers; engage customers through meetings and site visits; assess current welding processes and gas consumption; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Selling & Technical Promotion: Coordinate and execute technical demos and performance testing; present results, data, and cost-benefit analysis to customers; highlight advantages of shielding gas.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and submit customized commercial proposals.
• Closing & Account Acquisition: Finalize contracts and secure new business; ensure smooth onboarding and initial order conversion; build long-term customer relationships.
