Qualifications

• Proven history of growing social media accounts with demonstrable results.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn business accounts.
• Experience with competitor research and content decision making.
• Proactive outreach to build connections and partnerships.
• Time spent building and looking after content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of paid social advertising and post boosting.
• Ability to build a social media strategy and present it clearly.
• Strong copywriting for captions and outreach messages.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with little supervision.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Shape raw video footage into polished short-form content for Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Build and maintain a content calendar with 4-5 posts per week.
• Post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn with captions and hashtags.
• Present a clear social media plan with growth targets and tactics.
• Monitor competitor accounts in real estate, track formats and engagement.
• Summarize findings with actionable recommendations for content.
• Engage audiences across platforms and outreach to partners for collaboration.
• Approach creators and local businesses for cross-promotion opportunities.
• Manage community engagement and timely responses.
• Set up automation for DMs/follow-ups based on comments.
• Plan and run paid boosts and social ad campaigns.
• Expand presence to platforms with little current activity.
• Track metrics: followers, reach, outreach results, lead generation.
• Advise on ideas, formats, and posting strategies based on trends.
