Job summary

Eureka Coldega Corporation in Balagtas, Bulacan seeks a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for cold storage services.

You will develop and implement annual sales plans, manage key accounts, coordinate with operations and QA, and oversee marketing initiatives across digital, print, and events to ensure a consistent market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in cold storage, logistics, or 3PL preferred.
• Strong client negotiation and pricing skills.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Sales Plan aligned with revenue, utilization, and customer mix targets.
• Acquire new clients via field sales visits, presentations, trade events, networking, and referrals.
• Promote cold storage services: Pallet storage, Inbound/Outbound handling, VAS, Cross-docking, Blast freezing, trucking support.
• Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Monitor competitor pricing, capacity, services, and market movements.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers based on volume and revenue potential.
• Develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM records.
• Conduct client visits, business reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers: documentation, system registration, SOP alignment, and service orientation.
• Coordinate with Operations for volume forecasts and SLA monitoring.
• Align with QA for audits, FSMS, and compliance.
