Job summary

Odoo Philippines is seeking an Account Manager within the Customer Success Team (Direct / Indirect) to manage renewal, retention and satisfaction for a portfolio of ~100 accounts locally. You will work with end-customers and Official Partners to analyse pain points and upsell Odoo solutions to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contact end customers and resellers of Odoo.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Build long-term relationships with Odoo partners and your customer portfolio (growth).
• Excel in transversal sales and product demonstrations.
• Main focus is 80% on sales (renewals and up-sell opportunities).
