Job summary

Controtek Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Demand & Growth Specialist to own digital campaigns and lead generation, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline. You will manage LinkedIn ads, email, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation, while coordinating with product and marketing teams for timely follow-up and handoffs.

You will monitor funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns to improve qualified leads and overall pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth roles (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Comfortable with funnel metrics and performance analysis (leads, conversion, cost per lead, pipeline contribution).
• Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset; able to form hypotheses, run experiments, and decide from results.
• Organized and dependable with a bias toward shipping campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, paid ads, and referrals.
• Manage LinkedIn and paid media campaigns with targeting, budgets, creative coordination, and optimization.
• Build and improve lead nurture journeys to convert prospects into qualified sales conversations.
• Support SEO and SEM by analyzing website performance, search visibility, and traffic opportunities.
• Monitor funnel metrics such as leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for timely lead follow-up and clear handoff.
• Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, budgets, targeting, creative versions, and reports.
• Run A/B tests on ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion and overall performance.
