Job summary

ZUS Coffee Philippines is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the BD Manager with store financial analysis, reports, investment proposals, and post-investment reviews. You will maintain data accuracy across the department and help drive informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include data collection and presentation, dashboard upkeep, and collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Construction for new stores, plus leading performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline related to business, economics, data, or analytics.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a business development or business analyst role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, retail trends, and industry competitors.
• Excellent data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and present data to stakeholders for informed business decisions.
• Ensure timely updates of data warehouses and performance dashboards.
• Provide key updates on post-investment project performance and store metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Construction teams for new store openings.
• Lead store performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
