Job summary

Eucalyptus, now part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Product Growth Coordinator in Manila to support CRM, quiz and landing page workstreams. This hands-on, cross-functional role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad growth marketing experience in a fast-moving healthcare business.

You’ll build and optimize CustomerIO flows, migrate quizzes to new infrastructure, coordinate with design for landing pages, and grow across multiple channels while maintaining a clean source of truth.

Qualifications

• Early career marketer or growth generalist with 1–2+ years in a fast-paced digital, growth, or CRM environment.
• Ability to switch context across CRM, quiz and landing pages.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a clean source of truth across tools.
• Familiarity with Customer.io or Figma is a plus but not required.
• Curious, proactive and eager to grow in a high-ownership Growth role.

Responsibilities

• Support building and maintaining CustomerIO flows, campaigns and segments, and roll out new features.
• Lead migration of emails from Figma into CIO and migrate 35 quizzes to new infrastructure by cycle end.
• Assist with quiz changes and new flow creation; support landing page experiments.
